Teacher Applications   We do not have an application for teachers because we require the PDE Standard Application.  This application can be found on Pennsylvania Dept. of Education's website (www.pde.state.pa.us). Teachers would need tp scroll down to Forms on the lefthand side. Click on Forms.  The form needed is PDE #353A.  Click on this form.  Teacher applicants can actually type on the form and print it from the website.
